Yes. Creating an account and playing is free. The optional in-game boosts that skip mining or crafting timers are bought with coins you earn in the game, not with real money. MineMint has no paid subscription and no payment processor integrated.
No. There is no purchase required to reach any tier, and nothing is sold for real currency inside the app. Boosts are optional and cost in-game coins.
Yes. You must verify your email address before the game will let you in, because the account is tied to that address and it is where account notices go.
Rewards are specific craftable recipes. Each has a real level requirement and a real coin cost. You craft the reward, which produces a claim, and then you submit that claim with the details needed to fulfil it. There is no automatic conversion of ordinary resources into a reward.
Physical rewards exist in the catalog, but they are limited, reviewed manually, and depend on availability in the current reward period. Claiming one requires you to submit your name, address and phone number, and it then moves through verification and fulfilment. Availability is not continuous and a listed reward is not a guarantee.
Yes. The catalog contains digital rewards such as game vouchers and top-ups. These produce a claim token you submit with your game UID, which is reviewed before fulfilment.
There is no guaranteed sign-up reward. New players are given the standard starting resources that every account receives. Anyone offering a guaranteed bonus for registration should be treated with caution.
Craft the reward recipe, then submit the resulting claim. You will need the details relevant to that reward type — for physical rewards that includes your shipping address and phone number; for digital rewards it includes your game UID and server. After submission the claim moves through verification and fulfilment, and you can track it from the Rewards page.
If the pool for a reward is sold out or its period has closed, that reward cannot be claimed at that moment. The catalog stays visible so you can plan, but nothing is held for you. We do not currently publish a rollover policy for unclaimed stock between periods.
